Butter beans is rather baked :(

I have been a loyal consumer of KOO products however been totally disappointed in product and service. Bought 2 cans of Butter Beans and as using realised they have labelled a baked beans in tomato sauce as butter beans. Messed up pot of food. When highlighting issue to them after they ask how many cans, where, pls send proof of purchase, I get a voucher for 1 can and at a store I dont have near me. No turnaround time on when someone will contact me or rectify issue. I think they have quality control issues or are just negligent and do not care about the consumer.
