Bitten Mellow

I bought a packet of marshmallows and to my surprise when I opened the packet 1 marshmallow was already bitten on. This is disgusting and I’ve been calling the customer care line but no answer. With this pandemic we are facing, to open a packet where someone already ate on the mellows is disgusting.
