BEACON CHOCOLATE BITTEN IN FACTORY?

Trying to lodge a complaint with them is utterly futile as their email inbox is currently full and no messages can get to them. Have a valid complaint which could cause problems for their manufacturing plant as a chocolate I had purchased had a piece bitten out of it prior to it being sealed and made available for purchase. This is contrary to what I believe to be the health standards which they ought to strive towards particularly after the recent issues with the listeriosis outbreak traced back to their products. The last thing they should want is another health related scandal on their hands.
