Bad tasting tinkie

I have purchased tinkies from starwood spar. The strawberry tingle flavour had a bad smell and taste. I contacted them they were sorry asked me if they must fetch the product for testing so i agreed. A lady called to say that it was tested and what i said was true about the tinkie. She offered me R100 voucher. Im totally disappointed by this. For something so serious which could have caused us being sick, she want to offer me R100 voucher. They could have approached the matter differently. What the hell are we suppose to do with that voucher?!. Disgusted with their response.
