Bad service

I have recently logged a case with tiger brand involving a truck that rammed into my vehicle on the 26.10.24 and till today nothing has been done and no feedback has been given, I spoke to a Yusuf at the head offices of tiger brands and he has been declining my calls even after he told to write an email to show my concern on the matter. Bad service and a bad reputation they giving the company as all the relevant information has been given_its so annoying that a big company like tiger brands doesn't show sympathy on the fault of their own driver who recklessly drove into my car
