.Bad service

<p>I bought a packet of ****in mix-cappuccino mix in the beginning of the year.more than 6 wks ago I discovered small mites in my food cupboard.I cleaned out my cupboard and had to discard a lot of products,even opened spices.I called the call centre and was told they'll call me back.I did not call back as I was assured they'll get back to me.just an acknowledge SMS or email would have shown me their commitment to customers,but no communication.please respond to customers when you say you will </p>
