bad food

I bought white star maize meal 12,5kg at Shoprite Southgate mall last month July I have been using white star maize meal since I was a child now I’m a mother I still use it to my surprise the packet I bought last month doesn’t matter how long I cook it doesn’t become well done it’s like a dough which makes it difficult to eat it and its dark in colour, can someone tell me what do I do with a 12,5kg maize meal that I can’t eat?
