BAD ATTITUDE FROM TIGER BRANDS

I recently bought a packet of Golden Cloud Vanilla Cake Mix and discovered that a) it does not make 24 cup cakes as the packet claims and b) the packet was underweight. When I complained I received a phone call from Josephine who offered to REPLACE the product.

A few days later I received a voucher for R20.00!!! The mix costs R32.99 and my petrol cost to get to my nearest shop would cost me R20.00 anyway!!! HOW DOES THIS REPLACE THE PRODUCT!!!! I again complained that they were not sticking to their promise. This time the lady who called was downright unsympathetic and expected me, AT MY COST, to phone someone else who was authorised to allocate a bigger amount.

This is NOT the first time that I had complaints against Tiger Brands' products. I therefore encourage people to check the weight/quality of there products. AND REMEMBER TO TAKE A PHOTO OF THE WEIGHT - this apparently was my mistake.

I normally buy ONLY Snowflake products and apparently I should stick to that. Their scaled appear to at least be correct.
