Aunt Sally's Rice and Containing Weebils

Good day, I purchased a new 10kg Aunt Sally's and I rice with expiry of the date 12/2021. Its full of the weebils. I contacted the company on ***/9 and spoke to Hawa on numerous occasions. She advised me that that I return the rice to shop of purchase of which a return was declined. I called and advised her that no help was given, and was assured that she that she will follow up with you and revert back to me. Its ;{w 3 months ago since any contact was made from the above mentioned individual. The please assist
