Appalling customer service: A child got ill from fizzy Oros

In February 2024, I emailed *** regarding the Oros drink that is fizzy. When the bottle is opened, an explosion occurs followed by what looks like hydrogen before the drinks spills over.!A child consumed the drink unaware and days later, she developed hives and was taken to the doctor who could not really help as at the time, I was not unaware of the sparkling oros. The development of hives became a recurring thing that affected her studies as these were on her eyes and mouth. To date I am still waiting from someone at Tiger Brands to collect the sample for testing. I have sent follow up emails with no response. The product was bought from Checkers who referred me to Tiger Brands as they couldn't do much. The product is not expired.
