Amazing customer service from tiger brands

I recently found an apparent peanut stalk in my peanut butter and sent through an email to tiger brands to tell them about it. Not expecting anything in return other than acknowledgement that there may be other stalks that are very hard and might break some teeth. They immediately called me back within 24hours and apologized and gave me a coupon off my next peanut butter purchase. I'm so impressed as I've never heard of such amazing customer call back and service. Well done!
