All gold tomatoes sauce-Bad customer service received after complaining still

I'm really ****ed, only after a month of the complain that I laid about the Allgood tomatoes that become rotten way before the expire month, one of you consults called late Friday 4th June after 7pm, took my details and said I would receive and SMS /whatsapp with details about the matter at hand. Only today I received an SMS with an expired voucher/ coupon to buy at pick n pay for R40 less. This is such disrespect, very diminishing to me as an individual.Nxa!!
