Albany wraps are useless ****s

My wife and I recently bought Albany wraps. Having enjoyed some of their other products, we were sure this would be a good product. However, our minds were changed when opening the package, only to find that the wraps are impossible to separate. They all stick together, as though glued! With previous similar products, we found them separated by a thin film, making it easy to separate. Our second disappointment, after managing to get some usable ones, was experienced after warming and filling them with favourite ingredients. They broke apart and were rendered useless. It was like having your favourite food in kit form... I sent a letter to "customer services" and received the typical "cut-and-paste" reply of apology and that was it. Certainly not a product I would recommend to anyone, unless you want to spend your well-earned money on useless *******. Stay with other well-known brands that live up to their name - NOT Albany.
