Albany bread / tiger brands

I bought a loaf of bread last month. The bread had hair baked into the bread which made really stressed and I ended up having shingles with hmthe stress that I have eaten the bread. Tiger brands came and collected the bread after 1 week after them telling me via telecom that the bread will be collected within 3 to 4 working days. Now that the bread is collected nobody bothered to call me from tiger brands to explain to me how that happen. The fact that tiger brand blantently doesn't care about their customers is a s disgrace. The testing of the bread was supposed to take 10 days but no response was given after they took the bread.
