a very angry customer for Tiger Brands

i bought my child a cereal the name is Purity on the 25th of Feb 2022 not knowing that it had a bad smell i left the child with my friend had to rush to a meeting then my friend made the cereal for him after 2 hours my child got sick he had constipation on we didn't think it was the cereal i gave him warm water n suger then he took out the feecies sat i tried making him the cereal he didn't want it thats were i secence the smell i thought it was his dish washed it and i never gave him on Sunday i tried to do the cereal thats were i found out it comes from the cereal the smell took it to di**** were i bought it jabulani mall they called Tiger brands and i spoke to them then they told me the will call me back and will come n collect the cereal they didn't call me and they collected the cereal they told me the will come back to me even now im still waiting i never got my refund or de never cared about my child being sick 14 days has passed for the lab test the only thing they did was to send me the message of a code that i need to use at pnp when i buy purity products
