3months expired products on the shelves

My issue is regarding a product purchased at Clicks at mall@55 Centurion. On December 31, 2025, I bought Perfect Touch Ultra Hold Hairspray. I only noticed yesterday, while using the spray, that the product was manufactured on October 5, 2023, and expired on October 5, 2025. BN :***N I would like to request a refund or an exchange, this is an incovenience as i now have to drive around and go back to clicks my time and petrol is wasted over something that clicks could have spotted they are put our lives in danger if they can sell products that expired 3 months ago and get away with it how many people have bought expired products from their store without being aware. I am concerned about why Clicks had a product on the shelf that expired three months ago. Do they not have inventory management systems or even use simple FIFO and LIFO, or they are capitalizing in expired products? Is the management not aware of this, or are they doing it on purpose to recover money from expired stock? Additionally, is TigerBrands aware that Clicks is selling expired products? This reflects poorly on their brand, especially since the spray is ineffective due to its expiration it can’t hold hair
