250 g Mynards Fruit Pastels with wrotten substance

I bought a packetof Mynards fruit pastels and found a dirty brown substance inside the pack. I contacted them to let them know that this is what I found and happened to put it in my mouth as I was busy indulging on the sweets . I was requested to take pictures of the substance and post it together wit the package and the expiry dates . I did that and only to get a call from the representative to say it was a residue from the factory an people from that department have been notified and to make sure that such things do not happen in future of which I don;t know what has that to do with me since I believe that it is an internar control process. Over and above that I was told that I will get a cuoupon/ voucher only to find that the coupon says i will get a R30 discount when I buy bacon sweets again . Not that I was expecting compensation from Tiger brands but I found it as an insult that they expecting me to go and buy more sweets which I don't even have confidence/assurance that I will not experience the same instead of them reassuring me that this was an oversight from the quality assurance department. Cleary what I experienced did not matter to them at all.
