Tiger Wheels sell this product. They will renew your licenses etc. When I need to renew two vehicles beginning January, they keep on sending my money back, the lady dealing with cape town licenses are never available. They say they cannot renew the license as vehicles are due for a sale...WHAT SALE? They ***** a monthly installment from you for no service. I went to stand in the Q at traffic department and renew the licenses without any problems. I do not recommend this product Tiger And Wheels sell to customers!!!!!!
