Major disappointment!!! Tierlantyntjies, Geskenke & Bykomstighede

I bought necklaces from Tierlantyntjies on the 25th April... about 8 weeks later i received an order, but it was wrong. Then Mariette Marais said she will send me the correct order. Its now almost 5 months later and still nothing. I asked for a refund on the 11th September, after a lot of excuses and telling me she will refund me, still nothing. Promises promises Mariette... I want my money back!!
