Terrible service/correspondence and gross over charging of goods
I don't usually write reviews, but this was such a bad experience that I had to. Where to start? *Items are advertised on website not even stocked. *Nothing stops the customer from oredering these items *When it finally arrives, they send the wrong items. *Dodge phone calls *Ignored emails *Block your emails from coming through *Charged me 4-times the price of the item's worth You people charged me R2415 for item I can get for R680! Taking advantage of people is not good business practice. Ignoring concerned customers and withholding their refunds is just astonishingly bad.
