Agent stole my money

<p>In 2014 this woman, Tienka Oosthuizen from Get Let Properties stole money from us in January 2104 when she put a tenant into our flat in Cape Town and kept the deposit and the rent for 4 months. She made numerous promises to repay the money and keept telling me and another lady that she has also ****** money from that she is working on some projects and that we will get our money. When I sent her a message telling her that she's a ***** she sent me an sms to ask me to stop slandering her and that I would get my money and promised to pay the deposit for the tenant in 20 working days as it was a call account. Well naturally I did not hold my breath which is a good thing as I didn't get any money from this woman. I cannot open a police case against her because it has to be a civil case which will cost more money. Don't do business with this woman as she will ***** your money. She also told the Estate Agent Board that she didn't have a client by my name although they have all the correspondence.</p> <p>We were summonsed by the EEAB and they weren't very helpful at all.</p> <p>Reason for bringing this up again is because I know that she's still in the Blouberg area and is probably still operating and these **** artists think that after a while the people will go away - I won't go away and will continue to let people know about her for as long as possible. She owes me R50 000</p>
