Not very impressed with the service of this online retail company. I went online, added stuff to my cart & as I was about to pay asked them if this was legit site as I was scared I was being ****med as it was very cheap. They have an online chat option & Amstrong assisted me. He then told me it is a mistake & they will fix it & I cannot have it at that price. I told him acording to the consumer act that is the price i should get the items for. He then continued deleting my messages not knowing I have alreay taken a screenshot. When I pointed out according to law i should still get the items at this price he continued to say sorry they had a system glitch. When I checked again my cart was emptied & naw all of a sudden my chat option on their website has dissapeared. This is super unprofessonal & *********. Never do business with them.
