Order never delivered

<p>I placed an online order with Tiekams on 15th November 2016 and before making payment phoned them to double check they had stock available (their website showed stock). After the salesman ensured me they had stock, its no problem, I made payment on the 16th and waited patiently.</p> <p> </p> <p>After +-1week I emailed them to follow up on my order, no reply to date. I tried phoning again but they cannot assist and keep on telling me they will get back to me after they check the reference number.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed them again three times a few weeks apart and no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have basically ignored me and I have not received my goods. I have even requested a refund but no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, they do not deliver!</p>
