No leave pay, no contract, UIF(unsure)

Worked for this company for +- 9 months, all hours of the day, they never paid rent, landlord started asking questions, gave 24 hours notice. Never received 9 days wages(Salary or leave pay due +- 18 days). Asked several times via email for moneys due, no response. Asked for my IRP5 (via email) several times over a period of a few months, still nothing. I am not sure if taxes were ever paid over to SARS, still 2 1/2 years later, NOTHING. No leave pay, no remuneration, no IRP5.
