Service provider to customer unsatisfactory attitude

This company, after many persistent requests on insisting a service provider change, where promising better service delivery, Now has too many clients and becomes very business to client arrogant. I have never missed any service payments and being a very fair customer therefore do not deserve this type of service. I suggest new clients be aware of this type of attitude, and I would rate management to client relations very low. Very disappointing as an old loyal customer of >5yrs, management just decided to terminate services with immediate effect. Pure case of "New broom sweeps clean" And bigger business clients start taking higher priority.
