Tidee~still no refund or communication.

I ordered an airfryer on the 1 November 2021 from Tidee. I sent emails inquiring about the delivery date but there was no response. I then posted a review on Trust pilot and soon received communication from Matt apologizing and offering a refund. He also asked me to remove my review which I did as he promised me a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent emails... no response! This really is terrible service Tidee!!!!
