Tidee - the art of no response

As I have discovered, there are many others who have also still not received their aifryers, nor any refund or response,from Tidee! I ordered and paid for mine, end Otober 2021 and, besides an impassioned plea for patience, from the Tidee Owner, via a video posted on their FB page, in December 2021, no word,, NO email response, NOTHING!! Shocking, *********, unprofessional!!!
