I ordered 2 air fryers from this place at the beginning of October 2021 - I can't call them a company, without having to add some expletives - which I would have liked to have given as Christmas gifts. I had the same experience as many who have recorded their efforts on this page – almost instant notification of receipt of order, no response to emails, 30-45 days for delivery, no telephonic or physical address contact, etc. I believe they are running a type of pyramid scheme **** where they have initially possibly delivered a few airfryers to people but that is where it has ended. They are pocketing the rest of the money. After much frustration and emotional distress, I have to say that they have refunded my money and can only hope that they will do the honourable thing and either deliver airfryers to everyone else who has ordered or refund the money.
