Tidee **** or not( or ********** Company)

I ordered and paid for an Airfrier 5 November 2021, on 3 March 2022 I requested a refund today is the 17 March 2022 and I have not been refunded. I have send an excess of 25 mails but still waiting to be refunded.

I wonder how much money Tidee have made on the intrest of the funds members have paid into their account for the airfriers that were ordered but never supp****.

Why is the Department of trade and industry and SARS not looking in to this company?
