tidee ****

I placed an order for an Air Fryer, I did receive a SMS that the order has been paid. I now struggle to get confirmation on when I can receive my order....this is totally impossible to get any feedback, tidee doesn't have a contact number?? I placed my order on the 29th of November. How can I get hold of these people...looks like a ****, don't bay from them!!!
