TIDEE not TIDY at all!

Starting to think TIDEE is a **** - not very tidy with sales transactions! Ordered MAX Fryer two weeks ago - no delivery emails - just the screen showing confirmation - I took an order number down (***) - asked Monday where my order is - just received an automated response with request number 1925.
