Tidee needs to be investigated!

I am so sorry to hear of the increasing bad service of Tidee, my experience was not great either. Eventually after emails etc getting excuses after excuses I did a review on Hello Peter which was very negative when Matt the owner saw this he sent me an email asking me to take down my review and that he would refund me and still keep my order active. Got the money back thank goodness still waiting for the airfryer. I was stupid enough to remove my review trusting that I would get the airfryer 🙄 We need to get Carte Blanche or Devi involved here!
