Tidee making tidy profit by taking payment and then not delivering the goods

Ordered and paid for my Tidee Airfryer 27 Oct 2021. Still haven't received it 4 months later. Countless empty promises since then, including from Matt (the founder) himself. Here just some of them: 15 Nov - "You can expect delivery to take 4-6 weeks"; "We will update you on progress throughout the entire process". Needless to say, no delivery and no updates 14 Dec -Mail shot with a video from Matt to promising delivery mid to late Jan. Again, no delivery 10 Jan - I mail tidee, again. No response until 21 Feb!!! So much for all the promises, including directly from Matt btw, to improve their communications and expectation management. New promise: "The arrival in our warehouse will be either mid or late March roughly around 4-5weeks from now. Also, add 2-5 working days for the local delivery time". Worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase!!!
