Tidee is a ****. I ordered an air fryer with them online after seeing a Facebook advert, little did I know that today I would be sending hundreds of emails with no response from them. Only after purchase you are advised of 6-8 weeks delivery waiting period, when I enquired about this long period for a local South African product I was offered a refund back which I gladly accepted, I was told on 16 November that I will get my money before the end of the day, I am still waiting and they no longer respond to my follow up emails. There is no Telephone number where you can contact them, no company details of who the director is or the business address
