Tidee '************' tactics

So has anyone else been receiving daily calls from an 031 number? It seems that Tidee has set up a department especially to intimidate customers. Calls are regularly made but no one is at the other end when one picks up. My husband says I should report this behavior to the police. Additionally, although I have been one of the few customers who has received a refund, I am also told in a generic email that my airfryers are on their way...
