Horrible! I placed my order for 2 air fryers on the 5th of October 2021, despite numerous emails and messages on their website I have to date received no response from them. I requested a refund too but also no response. They are a shame of a company and I agree with others that Carte Blanche should investigate ********** like this!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!
