Tidee Airfryer ****???

I ordered an airfryer from Tidee on Monday. Paid and everything. Canceled my order on Wednesday, due to the delivery not as advertised. Only after placing order, it shows 6 to 12 weeks. Has anyone received a refund from Tidee? I have given my bank details twice already and no feedback since then, and no money in my account. Feels more and more like another **** company.
