Tidee airfryer

I ordered an airfryer on the 26 of November 2021, it was a black Friday special and I payed a R1000.00 for it, today is the 5th of August 2022 and I have still not got it . I have sent numerous emails promising it will be delivered. Matt the founder of the business send me messages of his promises that was never fulfilled. I have proof of payment. I would appreciate a airfryer or refund with interest. Please help me Peter.
