Tidee Air Fryer Max.

Worst worst worst online shopping experience. Firstly I ordered and received the product(air fryer) waay later , even so, in a colour I had not ordered... They do not have an active customer service team or anyone trained to deal with customers. The stupid air fryer only worked twice and started making funny sounds and changing settings.

I sent communication with no response then again and only to be asked to wait for stock that they have no idea when they will be getting. I recommended the product to a friend who is still awaiting delivery like thousands of other people who still haven't received it.. I have since asked for a refund, and ever since then no one has ever said anything, they are reading our emails and not responding ..Do not buy this brand it's even worse because there is no cell number to contact or anyone to even speak with verbally. That was the first ignored red flag.

I am soooo angry at myself for trusting that Brand.i am now sitting with a device that isn't working and I don't even know what to do with it anymore
