Tidee Air Fryer

I have read so many bad reviews about Tidee about Air Fryers that was paid for in the latter half of 2021. I am one of those people. Is there any way that we are able to recover our monies from this guy who seems has gotten away for loads of money with no product to deliver. Its a pity I didnt read the reviews on Hello Peter before I paid for the Airfryer. This was meant to be a Christmas present and I had to buy another present in place of this. Anybody in the Durban area who can do us all a favour and go actually check if this company hold premises where they claim they are situated. The video he put out in December to try and set our minds at peace is no longer good enough. He needs to be held accountable for his actions of taking people's money and not delivering a service in this day and age where we are all struggling for him to think is ayoba to take people's money and get away with it. Also emails are not answered and that is so unprofessional or has this Mark I think it is, left the waters of SA. Should we get Wendy Knowler of Consumerwatch involved.
