SUPER BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION, NO DELIVERY FROM TIDEE

I ordered 2 Tidee Airfryers on 24/20/2021 - paid the R999 x 2 immediately - sent numerous emails - received from Matt an email with an apology promising delivery 2nd week in January - we are now at the end of January! I've sent numerous emails requesting my money back and asking what is going on - I just get an automated response saying that my request has been received and that it is being reviewed by their Support Team and someone will come back to me ASAP - NOTHING!!!!!
