SHOCKING SERVICE / ****

I ordered and paid for an Airfryer on 21 OCTOBER 2021, and have not had delivery (as at 25 January 2022). Is this company just a ****??? The last response I had to my emails was on 3 November 2021. All further queries just absolutely ignored!!!
