Refund of the purchase from Tidee appliances

Good evening . having a problem with this company Tidee appliances,I bought an airfryer last year October they failed to dilever to the point where I ask for refund they said they will refund me after 2 to 6 days,now its been a month when I ask about it they are saying they did refunds me which is lies cause I never received any money into my account..I complained to say I didn't receive any money even my bank never received money from them..the manage promise to give me the refund today but when I talk to him when I see that is late he's not responding.help please
