POOR SERVICE!!

Since purchasing our AIRFRYER order in the first week of November 2021, I have had very poor service from this company! Tuesday, the 7th of December I sent them an email requesting the following: Good afternoon Matt,

Trust this email finds you well.

Could you please provide an ETA for the delivery of order 6398B2 to my home address?

The holidays are approaching, and we need to know that the parcel is arriving before we leave, so please let us know when it arrives.

20 hours later, I sent another email as I still hadn't received any reply, and its now the 9th of December and nothing!!

If I don't get any reply by COB today, I want a refund on our product.
