Non-delivery after claiming two failed delivery attempts

Received a message that the courier apparently attempted to deliver my mom's air fryer twice but no-one was home. What absolute nonsense. Two of my children work from home and no-one has been to deliver anything. I am extremely upset as my mom, who is 81 years old, has been looking forward to receiving her air fryer. The last time I heard from the couriers (Aramex) was on the 6th to say the item was out for delivery. Extremely poor, dishonest service.
