No Order- no communication no nothing

i ordered an airfryer on the and have as yet received only an sms on the day of my order, confirming order with an order number. I have tried tracking my order to no avail. I have asked on facebook if you have Stock, i have sent emails do i now have to start with a refund process at my bank?
