No Delivery after Payment

I ordered and paid for my egg fryer on the 9 November and sent numerous emails to query delivery and to date no response. If anybody intends ordering from them be aware of no delivery. They seem to simply ignore the urgency of my delivery. Today will be a month since i placed the order and no communication.
