Does Tidee management have no shame

Looks like Tidee just ****ed another innocent customer. Placed my order, paid. When I tried to follow up on my order and after sending numarous mails, I had no replies. Its as if they were sent into thin air. If Im not getting a reply on my order status, how am I going to request my money back.
