I would like to commend Tidee for their customer service, as a new business they experienced numerous delays with the roll out of their Air fryers, due to Covid etc... they kept us in the loop every step of the way and I a while ago I received my beautiful air fryer and have been enjoying this amazing product since. It is incredibly affordable and amazing quality, after the initial hiccups I am confident that this company with thrive in the South African Market.
