Buying a gift for my wife turns into a nightmare!

What was supposed to be gift for my wife, turned into being ignored by this company. I bought an air fryer for R929, which was supposed to have included free shipping. The only thing that happened immediately was the owner sending pages of boasting about their good name, then nothing. Tidee's customer care would auto send a reference number, which is not followed up by them. Eventually I got fed up and threatened to take steps should they not complete the order or refund me, after which a certain Matt responded with a request for my banking details. I immediately responded accordingly and after I sent the banking details, all went quiet. They do not have a contact number and as such hide behind their email system I think the public should be warned to steer clear of these wanna be people!
